Please note:

5. International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, shipments may be delivered under DDU — Delivered Duty Unpaid terms.

This means:

Any customs-related charges are the responsibility of the customer
Delivery delays caused by customs clearance are outside our direct control

6. Order Changes & Cancellations
